Beer Can Chicken on the Grill


5 minutes of prep + 1 hour 10 minutes on the grill = perfectly juicy chicken every time

Season your chicken, stand it on top of a beer can on a 400°F grill and let it cook until done. That’s seriously the whole thing.

The Ingredients

1 whole chicken

12 oz can of beer

bbq rub

(included in the recipe!)

Homemade Dry Rub

The seasonings on the skin make all the difference. Don't skimp on this. Use a heavy hand and pat the rub on so it sticks.

Pro Tip!!!

Cover the wing tips with a small piece of foil and tuck the wings under. This will prevent them from burning.
